»PERSONALITY•
Justin does his own thing and has a pretty strong personality. He swears and doesn't care about that sort of stuff. He sometimes accidentally offends people but he doesn't worry too much. He will if it's someone he knows well enough or if it's people who've been nice to him or that he likes, other wise he doesn't pay too much attention if he happens to be rude.

He says he doesn't do relationships but the truth is he doesn't even try. He thinks the alien hand is just gonna get in the way and just complicate things so why even bother, right?

»BITTERSWEET HISTORY•
Justin was always the normal one. His sister had her problems but he always just went right along with life, just doing his thing and hanging in the background getting less attention because he just didn't seem to need it.

Their parents were worried and took her to get help which left her with the diagnosis of childhood schizophrenia. It wasn't all that common in children but their grandmother had schizophrenia so it was already in her family.

They tried to deal with it the only way they knew how, just by taking it one step at a time. Justin was always there trying to help and he was the normal one of the two. He did alright in school, never caused any trouble while Anna went through having her delusions and trying to get on the right medications to help.

When they were nine, Justin and his mom were in a car accident where she died and he was in a coma for weeks with brain damage. Things just weren't connecting properly which gave him his alien hand. It was weird and yet another thing to deal with but they got through. It was just their dad Scott and the two of them but they had relatives and grandparents who helped too.

Anna's school became an issue too. They simply didn't have the time or money so when her father heard about Hawthorne, he applied for a job and transferred Anna there so that he could still keep an eye on her while she was at a school that would understand her condition and help her. He left Justin to stay with his grandparents though because one child was a lot to deal with and he wouldn't have been able to handle two. It lasted a year then both him and Anna were back for a year and now both Anna and Justin are back at Hawthorne for their Junior year.
