scarlet holloway is probably one of the more peculiar patients of hawthorne academy. despite her kind and friendly exterior-- her history to her peers is enigmatic. all they really know, aside from the people who actually look in the files, is that she sees 'monsters'... and that they frighten the living hell out of her, causing her to react in violent ways. some claim she's desperate for attention, which is why she attacks the staff, claiming they are monsters.. others just don't try to pretend they know and let her do her thing. she's often seen talking to a man she calls 'no eyes', most believe he's just a figment of her imagination-- and who knows? maybe they are indeed right.

believe it or not, scarlet is actually a friendly person when she's not having her delusional episodes. so i could see her befriending quite a lot of people... although she keeps herself from divulging about her past-- she's more than willing to listen to people vent, and try to help them the best she can. when it comes to love, it's something scarlet has never experienced... not real love at any rate. she was raped by the priest of the town's 'church', and it made her afraid to be close to anyone. she also believes she's truly unlovable, and she's perfectly fine with that. her views are, if her own family won't even love her, how could someone have any feelings other than loathing towards her-- which makes her wary of her friends. any relationship love wise with her would be interesting to play out, due to the fact that she's so--- set in her belief-- that it'd be interesting for someone to pull her out of that. finally the enemies, people who think she's fake-- or maybe are pissed she won't tell them about her life before hawthorne academy... definitely some of the staff, particularly those that were close to the ones she attacked? all of the staff during her hallucinations resemble monsters-- so... she's really not good with any of them.

well skye is also here for psychotic disorder. he's schizophrenic and he sees his parents and younger brother rayne(who goes to the school). his parents died and well his younger brother was taken from him and he couldn't handle this and well even now with rayne here he still sees his little brother he's always seen. cause his brother is different now. he's protective and well much like scarlet he gets angry. not to the point of stabbing people. but he's beat up people who look at him funny or run into his family or call him a freak. so i don't know, i just see them understanding each other and being fine that the other is kind of on the crazy side. he doesn't try to hide it by mumbling he talks to his family like if they were really there. cause well to him they really are there. his mom died when he was pretty young and she's been with him ever since. so it wasn't like she died, cause she was still there. and so yeah he doesn't try to hide his craziness.

okay so i'm not positive on this one. he's an alcoholic with anger issues and a phobia of being alone. he's also an ass to anyone who isn't a friend of his. which would be his group of people from back home. and even then he only tolerates most but two. so he'd probably be rude to scarlet cause its how he rolls. he's just an asshole like that. he wouldn't feel sorry about being an ass or saying something.


ashlin miranda patterson && scarlet claudia hollway
this little freshman is here for hypersensitive sexual desire disorder, she also has nightterrors and well two phobias(change and being unusual). she is of irish decent, both her parents being born in ireland and moving just before getting pregnant with miranda and her twin. she goes by miranda because it makes her feel normal and well she's slightly on the shy side, but when she opens up she's kind of nice and sweet. she loves people and making friends. she's from a small town in louisiana and much like scarlet she was raped as a child. but by her own father, no one knows this because she told her sister about having nightmares and well the hsdd but not about the cause behind it. i think maybe scarlet and ashlin can be friends and later bond enough where ashlin feels safe enough to tell her scarlet and maybe scarlet sees that as an option to open up too? cause there is no way miranda will judge or something. but warning when she's nervous a lot of things come out in irish and since her sister isn't here to translate, well she tries her hardest to pull through and speak english. c:

so, i absolutely love skye! i feel like maybe he saw her talking to her little companion she calls 'no eyes', during one of her episodes where she attacked a nurse? i don't know, hahah-- i really feel like these two would understand each other, although-- she would barely tell him anything about her issues-- because she thinks it's real. i feel like she'd commiserate with him when it comes to losing her mother-- because she never really had her mother around, but would never talk about it. i'm lame, but i could see these two becoming friends.

carson and scarlet ,

she would just avoid him like the plague. she'd be nice to them if they ever talked, but-- she would keep to herself most of the time.

ashlin and scarlet ,

ohmygod i want to hug her. anyways, i could see scarlet being a bit of a mother figure to her-- just because... yeah, idk. i feel like scarlet would just get attached to her, you know what i mean? she'd let ashlin talk to her about it, and would sympathize-- but there would be no chance scarlet would open up to her own issues because she has trouble even saying it, let alone telling someone else. her mind refuses to grasp the fact that it happened.

hmm yeah that'd be where he'd be like, maybe this chick won't disrespect. cause he hates when people disrespect his family and well he gets angry quite easily. beating someone up at the beach for not apologizing to run into his little brother. well the imaginative little brother. but yeah having his family all the time, he doesn't like thinking of them as not actually being there. so he'd understand and well wouldn't try to tell her different. he can be blunt when it comes to things, but i see him not being all "yeah you are talking to air." cause if someone told that to him, he'd drop kick them. but yeah friends :D
