F R O M T H E C O U N T E R D R A W E R . iggy had no real plans for anything that day. he had already went to his therapy session, talking to the counselors about his problems and whatnot. and after that, he had no idea what to do. he hung out in his room for a little while, organizing and reorganizing everything. even though he wasn't really supposed to be doing that, he couldn't help it. it was just what he did. but of course, that gets boring after a while. so iggy stepped outside his room, looking around to see if anyone was in the halls. not for any reason really, other than to see if people were there. he then started down the hall towards the student lounge. whispering quietly under his breath, he counted his steps in sixes. that was his favorite number. almost everything he did he did in sixes.
that was one of the reasons he was here really. he ocd had just gotten too bad and since that could possibly affect his family's image, they sent him here. as terrible as that sounded, it was the truth. they were very image orientated, they thought very much of other people's opinions. iggy wasn't really sure why though. to him, other people could think what they wanted. everyone had an opinion, not everyone would always love you. you couldn't be perfect. but he guessed his parents didn't actually understand that. it seemed like they didn't at least. walking for another minute or two, he stepped into the student's lounge, looking around to see who else was there. he noticed a few kids, but none of them really seemed to be talking to each other or anything. he guessed they didn't even know each other, the only reason they were there was to get out of their room or something, just like he did. walking over to one of the couches, he flopped down, letting out a sigh and closing his eyes for a short second before looking around again.

abi had just gotten back to the school. her walking was still a little iffy, having not walked in a long time, but she was managing. she held the pig pillow pet close to her as she looked up at the large school, as if she was just getting there for the first time. it was intimidating that she was back and she didn't know how she could handle it. with a sigh, she finally walked slowly into the school, her eyes wary because she didn't know how people were to react anymore. she was scared of this place, there was no doubt about it. she was just going to stay out of everyones way now.. she'd learned now. she got to her room as quickly as she could, sitting on her bed and looking around. she didn't know if she should be happy to be back in her room, or scared. she felt a mixture of the two. she really just wanted to stay locked in here forever, not having to go out, but she knew she had to. school had started, so she had to get out there. with a sigh, she held her pig closer to her and walked back out of her room, not really knowing where to go.
her hazel eyes watched for people, mainly mary/rose.. whoever she was. she didn't even know anymore, she confused her. she said that it wasn't her that had hurt her.. but it clearly was. she couldn't forget that face. she quickly tried to shake the thoughts from her head and slowly walked towards the student lounge. when she had made it in there, she almost backed out when she saw how many people were there. she subconciously hugged her pig closer to her, before walking over to one of the couches that they had sitting around the lounge. she sat down next to a boy with dark hair, he didn't look that harmful. his eyes were closed for a moment, so that's when she sat down. she wasn't sitting too close, probably a cushion away from him, and tucked her legs underneath her with her good hand. her eyes looked at the bandaged hand, before she crossed her arms over her chest, hiding the hand away from peoples view. it was obvious she looked wary and uncomfortable.. but she had to get used to people again.
word count: four hundred and twenty two tag: iggy! outfit: hurr! notes: not the best, but i guess it'll work. c:

F R O M T H E C O U N T E R D R A W E R . most of the time, iggy tended to be a pretty quiet person. it just wasn't in his nature to be overly outgoing or hyper or anything. but he wasn't rude or anything. he just wasn't as outspoken as some other people were. feeling the couch move a little, he jumped slightly, opening his eyes quickly and turning to see what caused it. realizing it was just someone sitting down, he laughed softly at himself, shaking his head a bit. "sorry. i wasn't expecting anyone to sit." he apologized to her. "i'm iggy, by the way." he added quietly after a moment or two, giving her a small smile. looking at the girl, he tried to think if he had seen her or not before. he knew he hadn't met her before, but she didn't look like anyone he'd even seen around the place before. iggy wasn't all too surprised then, he hadn't seen a lot of people around the place. it seemed like there was constantly people coming and going, being checked in and being checked out. he didn't know if he'd ever be able to meet them all. he wasn't sure he wanted to either. sure, some people were nice and all. but he was sure there were some people who were really truly crazy, who could be considered criminals in some cases. and that scared him. looking over the girl quickly, he decided that she looked nice enough at least, not very intimidating or anything. so he figured it'd be good to talk to someone for a little while too. making friends and acquaintances was a good thing, right?
iggy looked down at the floor after another second or two, shifting in his seat a bit without really noticing it. he had a habit of fidgeting around when first meeting new people, mostly just since he didn't know them and all. once he actually got to know someone, he relaxed slightly, but on first impressions he was always a bit nervous. he didn't even try to hide the fact around here, it wasn't like image really mattered. not like in the outside world, where his family was always extremely concerned about who thought what and who said what and who was thinking about who. it was all pretty pointless in his mind, so although he didn't exactly enjoy being here, he did kind of like not having to worry about others. it seemed like no one worried about others here though, you just looked out for yourself and everything would be okay. but then again, he wasn't completely sure that was true either.
