Melina grew up in California. Her parents had moved there from France soon after her and her sister were born. Having parents that worked all the time meant that she and her twin sister Brittani were stuck with a babysitter. they were spoiled rotten and did what they wanted, when she was twelve she met a boy names Blake, they started dating and well, dated for two years, when she walked in on Blake and another girl kissing. she was heart broken, and ran away crying. She had only loved him, and hadn't felt so betrayed in her life. So sad Melina went off by herself, walking in the silent cold park at night.

That's when she was kidnapped, pulled into a van and taken away for no one to ever see her again. The next thing this girl knew, was that she was back in her homeland of France. She was taken by more man, to so many places, where eventually she was stuck in a room, people drugging her up and hurting her. She was broken by the time she was sold to a nearby whore house in the dark parts of France. She was frequently abused and raped, until she began to actually enjoy it. Her mind warped into loving it, but hating it all at once.

after years of abuse, a man came to see her, he found her most interesting, and decided to buy her. Bringing her back with him to America. She was put into yet another whore house. The man was more kind to her, and educated her. Later though, the man was killed, and the house was eventually raided and Melina was taken away. The judge finding her a bit disturbing, and sent her off to Hawthorn to get better.
