'' take your past and burn it up and let '' it go , c a r r y on i'm s t r o n g e r than you'll ever know lizbeth nicole christoph was here for an adjustment disorder, because it was hard for her to well adjust to change, so you could only imagine how hard it was when she was putting the blonde in her hair last night. she didn't want to see brown anymore, because it just it was her still sure, but the brown reminded her the two different deaths she had experienced. she was slowly getting over the last one, because he was killed out of her brother protecting her but it was still disgusting none the less. she had played truth or dare last night with a group of people and her hair was brown, but she just wanted to try to try and adjust to something to be stronger than they all knew...it was hard though. of course, she texted her older brother to tell him she was at the lake. she didn't associate the lake with the negative action, but she didn't dare sit in the spot where she had been laid down and the boy was shot above her...no she was sitting in another place throwing rocks...well skipping them or trying too in the lake watching as the water rippled.
lately lizzie hadn't even been sketching out designs and that was the one thing she enjoyed most, but she couldn't put the pen to paper. it was just a bit tough. she was still alive though and grateful from being away from her mother...even if she missed michelle being with jas or near jas it oddly made her feel safer, but she wouldn't tell him that, because she felt that would bring him to kind of just surround her more when he had better stuff to do like take care of his family. sure she was family, but she was sixteen years old...she needed to be a bit independent. the girl did go and see him when she needed and it was a nice feeling to know he was working here and just a call away now even if she just wanted to say hi. she did that sometimes and it was probably odd to him, but it was relieving to her.
the sixteen year old girl kind of moved so she was on her hands and knees looking into the water seeing her reflection she gave a half smile. the blonde wasn't too bad was it? yeah it was drastic and against the rules back at her home, but she was going to wear it out for awhile and test herself this was all about testing herself. she began to hum a little bit and found a rock sitting back to where she had been before and watched as it skipped. 1...2...3..4 times" it made her giggle. it was all a flick of the wrist it seemed. the girl was pretty bright despite her troubles.

andrea had been kind of busy watching over her best friend hunter and keeping him under control, that she tended to forget about herself. of course her 'taking care of' was more slowly manipulating him or that was how she saw it. he was one of the few guys that she could actually connect with. actually he was the only guy she could connect with and she kind of loved him in a brother sister way of course. though she was still be believing it was 'manipulating' because of all the pain caused to her by mean, she only wanted to cause them pain now.
if there was any person andrea would wan to bond with it would have to be either bun or lizbeth. they were both girls who were looked over and hurt inside and she could see that. she was one of those girls long ago in brazil.but now andrea was strong and she used her strength to destroy and protect. she had enjoyed her life in america so far and she was trying to find her place in the world. it wasn't in brazil and so far it wasn't where she was out. she needed to get out of here as fast as she could and find a place in the world. somewhere that she could protect the girls and help them on their ways. but that place wasn't yet known to andrea. for now she'd protect the girls and women of hawthorne school in south haven maine.
now she was in hunter's room all the time, trying to make sure he didn't hurt anyone and well hunter was starting to get on her damn nerves of course. which always ended up in her snapping at him and well, he snapped right back. trying to hit her, and that was it. she punched him and told him to fuck off. that was how she ended up with her head buried in her legs at the lake. she had no clue how to handle this kind of situation at all. but heard a distinct plump plump plump she had only heard once in her life. the distinct sound of rocks skipping across water and a familiar voice rung i her ears. so the young woman quickly composed her self, stood up from her spot and walked to miss lizbeth christoph. "hey lizzie," she said with a small smile and crossed her hands around her body. "its kind of chilly."
these were the kinds of situations andrea was accustomed to. talking and getting people to believe anything she said, for the most part of course. she loves speaking and gathering people to watch her do something spectacular. maybe she'd make a good politician or religious leader. if only she gave a shit about politics or religion. maybe a world peace activist? who knew. she didn't and she kind of didn't care either. she was technically old enough to already be doing stuff and be out of the school, but here she was, stuck. because she couldn't tell a truth and be wrapped up in another one of her little lies. it'd cause too much shit for the santo's woman and so she dealt with being who she was here in hawthorne for now.

'' take your past and burn it up and let '' it go , c a r r y on i'm s t r o n g e r than you'll ever know lizbeth nicole, was honestly busy being stuck in a rut. there was no digging her out she kind of had to get out of it on her own. it was like she was in a maze and she couldn’t find her way out because she honestly wanted this all to be an illusion. it wasn’t like she didn’t love jasper her older brother and her little niece lilly, but the whole truth if one wanted it and completely honest from lizzie....she wanted isiah. there was no one that completed her more then isiah and she felt like she had also in a sense killed him...there were so many questions going through her mind on a daily basis that it wasn’t even funny.
in all honesty though the one person besides people so near and dear to her brother that well lizzie could say she truly made friends with was this girl named andrea. there was the instant message and the plans to go and explore haven...and then there was a couple games of truth or dare one of which her friend was at, but during that time lizzie stayed silent for the most part. she was weak and felt childish, but she couldn’t bring herself to talk a lot, but she was trying to adjust without having a mental breakdown and she felt pretty good about it...luckily she had never taken a truth and no one had asked her why she was really one hundred percent here...she couldn’t face that truth in front of people..not even in front of the woman the school had her talking to...no way jose..she had it bundled tight and hidden away from her.
the lake was pretty today, despite the chill in the air. she was so lost in thought and herself trying and struggling through and inner conflict with herself she didn’t even notice that andrea was suddenly here until the girls voice snapped her out of it and looked over at the pretty blonde smiling. ”ello’ andrea” she said her accent evident. she felt safe and like she could trust andrea and she didn’t know what it was about her that made her feel that way, but she felt like she had a friend in her and that she was really sweet...she didn’t know she was a pathological liar by any means, but that may just misdirect her opinion about her and lizzie well lizzie wouldn’t ever want to know because it was hard enough adjusting all her own...so that’d make her sad and possibly worse? ”yeah it is a tad bit yes” she agreed her hands filling the air a bit she felt it kind of grow brisk.
in all honesty though she hadn’t completely noticed it while she was lost in her train of thought maybe she had a little but she soon forgot it? ”out for a walk i suppose?” she asked just throwing it out there for more conversation, but maybe she was out and about for the same reason as lizzie she was out to think and get away from the consumption of her thoughts by possibly wearing them out? she looked at the lake now and smiled sitting back on her rock and not looking at her reflection tucking her newly blonde hair behind her ears. ”i think this lake is the best part about this place”

andrea wanted to help others because she knew how bad life could really be and lizbeth seemed like a good enough candidate to help out. obviously something was wrong or she wouldn't be here in this school and even though it wouldn't be hard to find out on her own, she wanted to have lizzie trust her enough to talk to her. so that was kind of her plan to learn about lizzie and help her get better. it might seem like a selfless act but she found some way to make it selfish. to make herself feel better, to push her own sad feelings away, yeah helping lizzie might seem selfless but to andrea it was far from such because she didn't really care about the girl. or that was how she saw it anyway. that she didn't care.
however the more andrea hung out with her, the more she came to actually like her. she was adorable in a way and it was kind of fun to have a friend who wasn't someone you were really using. though in a way she was kind of using lizzie but at some point her helping lizzie really would be kind of selfless. just a friend helping a friend out. but for now she was doing this only for herself than for lizzie.
she smiled at the girl, thoughts of how cute her accent was crossing her mind. it took lots of practice to make her go away but her 'parents' helped before sending her to school because she wasn't from brazil, or that's what everyone thought. no, she was supposed to be from north carolina or well orlando, florida. she did live in both of those places but neither were really her original home. not that she was complaining about having the inability to speak of her life because her life there sucked and she was fine just being the girl with the happy parents and a happy life. it was kind of nice actually.
"yeah its colder than florida..i had slowly gotten used to the weather there before now," she shrugged like it wasn't a big deal because it really wasn't that big of a deal. she was just kind of cold. she just nodded when lizzie asked her if she was out for a walk because that was kind of the truth? that and she was tired of hunter and his annoying ways and he kind of wanted to kill someone. or more kill hunter? because he wanted to use some poor pregnant woman and she just hated his annoying ways and was about to just let him go about doing whatever.
"i agree." it reminded her of the river that she used to escape to back home. just the water itself was a calming creation created by something magnificent. it wasn't God but mother nature. yeah, she loved the water and it was something that was always able to relax her because it was the one happy thing andrea had known back home before everything went wrong and she landed here in haven. "lakes and rivers are one of the best places on earth itself."

'' take your past and burn it up and let '' it go , c a r r y on i'm s t r o n g e r than you'll ever know there was not one day where lizbeth’s mind didn’t escape to a time where she was still with her beloved boyfriend. though he wasn’t hers anymore he wasn’t in another country and he wasn’t even alive and it was hard to not have him, because she always had him. part of not knowing how to adjust meant that she was still wearing his promise ring. she did not have the heart to take it off and people probably did not know what it was, but it meant the world to her. it had their initials inscribed within it and...it was perfect to the teen, but now it wasn’t perfect anymore because she didn’t have the i in her i + l promise ring. her mother told her a lot and her father was just an asshole and then her mother was done dealing with her sulking and here she was, but thankfully jasper was here! she was also making a friend in andrea to which was great, but she couldn’t help but glance down at the ring that sparkled on her finger and a smile crossed her lips as she felt the warmth of his arms holding her and making her happy.
the longer she was here the longer she realized that there was a lot of denial going on in this girls mind, but one thing she wasn’t denying was the fact that she was talking a little more in person. the girl was comfortable with george and jasper, but outside of her comfort zone a bit lied miss andrea. the girl seemed nice to her and she could not see how she was using her, but if she ever found up surely she’d have more trust issues then before. her therapist told her to try and with andrea she was trying...the truth or dare games she was trying, but it was very hard for her not to panic. right now she felt at ease, but something slight could cause her to drowned figuratively speaking.
too lizzie everyone here kind of had an accent except jas, and a select few others from her country. the girl knew of different accents, but she couldn’t pin point andrea’s and she had well done a superb job of fooling the sixteen year old. that much was clear. she hadn’t come to ask her where she was from yet, but then again she hadn’t spent an excessive amount of time with the girl either. today though was going to be different. today, was a chance to possibly get to know the blonde teen?
”ah, so you’re from the states” she said in observation with a smile. ”is it odd i’ve heard of florida as a state, but not much about it...so i’m sorry the weather here is of an unpleasant fashion.” she said speaking properly, but the best of her ability. some sentences she mustered up would be different from a normal teens, because her mother was so fixed on being proper because they were rich and it put on a good show? ”i wish for warmth here as well, i feel like i’m growing pale.” she said biting her lip. that pry sounded silly, because lizzie was a tad darker than even jasper, but she liked to tan!
when she agreed her eyes escaped to the water again. ”the states seem to be getting more industrial that natural” she commented and glanced over at andrea. ”is florida the same way...wild life escaping and big building crowding the air?” she asked curious. surely, she’d love to travel the states, but well now she was stuck in this school and place and while there was nature around businesses and such were in a state in overpower...or so she learned? it could be a bias thing her history teacher was preaching. ”they really are...they give you a lot of reflecting time” she said with a nod. ”though its pry the last thing i need to be doing” she admitted and shut her eyes for a moment. ”so if you don’t mind me asking...why are you at hawthorne?” she asked sweetly her eyes opening and glancing upon her friend.
